NDNA National Nursery Survey 2015  - the results are in!

You've taken the time to give us your thoughts, and they make interesting reading! Find out what's on the minds of the nursery industry in the 2015 NDNA National Nursery Survey for England, Scotland, Wales and see NDNA's recommendations.

Below are the results of NDNA's 2015 annual national survey giving an informed overview of the state of the nursery sector. The survey was presented at a Parliamentary reception on Wednesday 15 January 2015. Speakers included Minister for Childcare Sam Gyimah and Shadow Minister for Childcare Alison McGovern.

NDNA says that parents are paying more per hour of childcare to subsidise free nursery places due to a shortfall in government funding.

Nurseries are being forced to increase their fees to parents who pay for additional hours or for younger children not eligible for funded places to make up the funding shortfall, the survey reveals.
