e-Quality Counts

The premium quality improvement scheme for nurseries

e-Quality Counts is NDNA’s flagship accreditation scheme, and the only quality improvement scheme specifically for nurseries. It enables nurseries to review quality and practice, in all areas, against a set of best nursery practice standards.
Nurseries that achieve e-Quality Counts demonstrate exemplary childcare above and beyond the requirements of the regulators such as Ofsted.

Case study - Sweet P Daycare Ltd

Sweet P Daycare has recently completed the e-Quality Counts scheme with a level 3 grading.

"As the new manager I found the process extremely helpful.

"I was provided with regular support and felt confident to contact NDNA for any further assistance. The scheme has helped me to ensure my setting is run to the best it can be and has expanded my knowledge in putting the appropriate paper-work in place. It is a very good way to get all the other staff involved and work together as a team. The inspection was very positive and all of the team felt comfortable.

"The inspector made the team feel relaxed and was very friendly and interested in what activities were taking place. I would recommend the e-Quality Counts scheme to all other settings as this is a great way to ensure your setting is professional and following all relevant guidelines and regulations."
Rebecca Strange, Sweet P Daycare Ltd
