Helen is an internationally renowned consultant, trainer and speaker in physical development and movement in Early Education. She is energetic, passionate and highly motivational. 
She has been working as a dance and movement specialist for over 19 years and continues to work directly with children, her passion and obvious delight in movement education is contagious.  
Helen was fundamental in the creation and release of the national Change4life’s ’10 Min Shake up cards’ campaign.

Live Online Learning
Our new Live Online Learning is delivered by a live trainer via the internet. 
Delegates can log in and participate remotely. All that is needed is a laptop, PC or tablet* with internet access, speakers/headphones and access to an email address. 
Please ensure you read through the log in instructions and system requirements prior to your session. 
You will receive a confirmation email on booking and then a separate email with your log in details a few days prior to the event.

*limitations with tablet devices means some interactive functions are unavailable.
