Developing Outstanding Practice
Full day training course for early years practitioners to recognise and identify outstanding early years practice.
Explore and understand the elements of outstanding practice. Learn how with the involvement of all staff settings can improve the quality of their practice.
What will I learn?
By the end of this course learners will be able to:
Recognise and identify outstanding early years practice
Implement a ‘quality cycle’ within in the nursery to review and reflect on practice
Embedding evaluative practice
Involving nursery staff in the process through quality audits
Explore the links between parents, partnerships, quality
Who should attend?
Suitable for managers, supervisors and practitioners who are responsible for reviewing and improving practice in the setting.
