Take your first steps to delivering high quality practice in your setting with NDNA's Journey to Excellence.

NDNA's Journey to Excellence contains a 160 page manual and 26 self-assessment templates that will help you define and implement a vision of quality at your nursery.

The Journey to Excellence manual is made up of four key sections:

  • Defining Quality
  • Reflective Practice & Critical Evaluation
  • Developing a Quality Workforce
  • Quality Partnerships with Parents.
It provides 26 templates to assist you with your journey and activities to evaluate your practice and identify areas for improvement. We will help you understand what levels of quality you should aspire to.

Following customer feedback:

We have removed the eLearning course elements of this product and reduced the price.

We have done this because our members told us that they had either already taken up this training previously or did not feel they needed it.

The publication will no longer include access to the Quality Teaching eLearning module and Evaluative Practice and Impact Measurement eLearning module (referenced on pages 19 and 40).

Customers still wishing to access these eLearning modules can purchase them separately through the NDNA shop.

Customers purchasing the publication are still able to access all electronic templates through the Quality Counts website.
